Pork aspic like glass: cooked in a slow cooker
Almost every family holiday in Ukraine is always marked by aspic. It must be rich and transparent, without excess fat. A multicooker will help you with this task.
The idea of cooking transparent pork aspic in a slow cooker was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Olena with the nickname olena_mykolaivna56. Do not forget about spices - they add a special flavor.
A method of cooking transparent aspic:
1. Cut the shank into pieces.
2. Soak in water for 3-4 hours.
3. Rinse well, put in a saucepan.
4. Bring to a boil, boil for 5 minutes and turn off.
5. Then rinse well in cold water, put in the multicooker bowl.
6. Add bay leaves, peeled onion or two, black and allspice peppers.
7. Add salt, close the lid and turn on the "aspic" mode.
8. When the time is up, turn on the slow cooker for an additional 15-20 minutes to ensure that everything is cooked well.
9. Leave to cool until warm.
10. Add the grated garlic, divide.
11. Put the meat and broth into plates.
12. Strain and pour over the meat.
13. Put in the refrigerator.
