Ingredients:

  • gelatin - 25 g
  • milk - 320 ml and 120 ml for gelatin
  • sour cream 20% - 350 ml
  • dark chocolate - 60 g
  • coffee - 50 ml
  • egg yolks - 3 pcs
  • sugar - 100 g
  • cocoa - 20 g

Method of preparation:

1. Pour cold milk over gelatin and set aside to swell.

2. Add egg yolks, sugar, cocoa and milk to a saucepan.

3. Stir and place on the stove.

4. Bring almost to a boil and add coffee and chocolate.

5. Bring to a boil.

6. Remove from heat, add gelatin, and stir until dissolved.

7. When cooled slightly, mix with sour cream.

8. Pour into any mold and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
