Ingredients:

  • lemon
  • orange
  • ginger
  • honey
  • sea buckthorn puree

Method of preparation:

1. Remove the peel from the lemon.

2. Cut into four pieces.

3. Peel the ginger.

4. Cut into slices.

5. Peel the orange.

6. Also cut into convenient pieces.

7. Put all the ingredients in the blender bowl.

8. Add the sea buckthorn puree.

9. Blend until smooth.

10. Pour into silicone molds.

11. Put in the freezer until it hardens.

12. Then take it out, put it in a cup or jug, and pour boiling water over it.
