Mashed potatoes, meat and mushrooms: how to prepare this simple casserole for lunch
To save time on cooking dinner, a casserole is an ideal option. You can combine both side dishes and meat in it, rather than making all these dishes separately. It turns out to be quite satisfying and will definitely be enough for the whole family.

Ingredients:
- potatoes - 6 pcs.
- butter, sour cream, salt for mashed potatoes
- chicken fillet - 1 pc
- mushrooms - 250 g
- onion - 1 pc
- cream 20% - 100 ml
- hard cheese - 200 g
- salt, pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Boil potatoes in salted water, drain and add butter and sour cream to make mashed potatoes.
2. Meanwhile, fry mushrooms with onions.
3. Add salt and pepper to taste.
4. Cut chicken into cubes and fry until cooked.
5. Add cream and mushrooms.
6. Stew together for another 2-3 minutes.
7. Put mashed potatoes, chicken and cheese in the mold in layers until you ran out of the ingredients.
8. Bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
