A food blogger with the nickname tastystories.feed posted a recipe for a casserole with mango and pear on her Instagram. The dish is absolutely free of flour and sugar, so it is suitable for anyone who keeps their figure.
Ingredients.
- Cottage cheese - 400 g
- Egg - 1 pc
- Sour cream - 2 tbsp
- Corn starch - 1 tbsp + 1 tsp
- Mango - 1 pc
- Pear - 1 pc
- Honey - 1 tsp.
Method of preparation
1. Start by making mashed potatoes. Peel the mango and cut it into cubes.
2. Set aside a third of the mango.
3. Stew the rest of the fruit in butter, add honey and 1 tsp of cornstarch. Blend everything with a blender.
4. Peel the pear and cut it into cubes.
5. Put it in the pan where the mango was stewed and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
6. Combine the cottage cheese with the egg, sour cream and 1 tbsp of starch. Blend with a blender.
7. Add the pear slices and mix.
8. Cover a baking dish with parchment and spread half of the curd mass on it.
9. Put a layer of mango puree on top, as well as the mango pieces that were set aside.
10. Finish assembling the casserole by spreading a layer of the remaining curd mass.
11. Smooth it out and put it in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 35 minutes.
12. Let it cool completely and sprinkle with a thin layer of cocoa.
