Lush zucchini fritters: what must be added to the batter
Zucchini fritters are the perfect low-calorie dish for a light breakfast, snack, or even dinner. They can be served with sour cream, cream cheese or any other sauce. The main thing is to prepare a successful batter and to make the pancakes puffy, you should add just one simple ingredient.
On her Instagram page, food blogger Svetlana Levitskaya(lanas_diet) shared a recipe for lush zucchini fritters, for which she advises to add sour cream, yogurt or kefir to the batter.
Ingredients:
- zucchini - 250 g
- eggs - 1 pc
- flour - 50 g
- salt, pepper
- kefir/sour cream/yogurt - 1 tbsp.
Method of cooking:
1. Grate the zucchini on a fine grater, put the mass on a sieve or gauze and leave it like this for 20-30 minutes to drain the excess moisture.
2. When the allotted time has passed, add the rest of the ingredients to the zucchini mixture and knead the dough.
3. Spoon the batter onto a frying pan and fry the fritters on low heat on both sides.
According to the cook, zucchini fritters are especially delicious served with a creamy salmon paste.
Ingredients:
- red lightly salted fish
- cream cheese
Approximate proportions: 50 g fish\100 g cheese.
Optional:
- lemon juice
- herbs
- spices
Method of cooking:
1. Shred the fish and mix with the cream cheese. Stir to combine.
2. Drizzle with lemon juice. Stir.
3. Serve the fritters with the pasta, sprinkling and greens.
