Salmon tastes great not only when lightly salted but also when fried. The fish becomes very soft, tender and juicy. All you need to do is add a creamy mushroom sauce and simmer everything in a regular frying pan.

Ingredients:
- salmon fillet or 2 steaks
- butter
- 100 g of cherry tomatoes
- 30 g of spinach
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 3-4 mushrooms
- 180 ml of cream 30-33%
- spices - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Grease the frying pan with oil.
2. Fry the fish on both sides until golden brown.
3. Put the fish on a plate and fry the mushrooms, tomatoes, garlic, and spinach in the same pan.
4. Fry for 3-4 minutes.
5. Put the fish on the vegetables and pour the cream over.
6. Add spices and simmer over low heat after boiling for 5-10 minutes.
