Basque cheesecake is a dessert of Spanish origin. Its peculiarity is that it should be baked for no longer than 30 minutes. And after cooking, a delicious golden crust forms on top.

The idea of making Basque cheesecake was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Olga with the nickname demi_kitchen. The dessert is very tender.

Ingredients:

  • cream cheese - 180-200 g
  • sugar - 60 g
  • eggs - 2 pcs
  • flour - 10 g
  • cream 33% - 100 g

Method of preparation:

1. Add everything gradually, and beat the mixture each time you add the next ingredient.

2. Cover the baking dish with parchment. You can use several small baking dishes.

3. Pour the curd mass into the mold.

4. Bake the cheesecake for about 30 minutes at 200 degrees.

5. After baking, leave the cheesecake for an hour.

6. The darkening of the cheesecake is due to the caramelization of sugar.
