- cream cheese - 180-200 g
- sugar - 60 g
- eggs - 2 pcs
- flour - 10 g
- cream 33% - 100 g

1. Add everything gradually, and beat the mixture each time you add the next ingredient.
2. Cover the baking dish with parchment. You can use several small baking dishes.

3. Pour the curd mass into the mold.
4. Bake the cheesecake for about 30 minutes at 200 degrees.
