How to make a liver cake to make it tender and light: recipe
Liver cake is a dish served as an appetizer at many holiday tables. Each hostess prepares it according to her own recipe, adding a twist to her taste.
Recently, a blogger with the nickname sni_danke shared a recipe for liver cake on Instagram. Preparing this dish according to her recipe, the cake will be light and extremely tender.
Ingredients
- Chicken liver - 500-700 grams
- Eggs - 2 pcs
- Flour - 3 tbsp
- Milk - 150 ml
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Salt
- Pepper
- Carrots and onions for frying
Method of preparation
1.Rinse the liver thoroughly under cold water and blend in a blender until smooth.
2. Add eggs, flour, milk and oil. Blend again.
3. Add salt, pepper, and spices to taste. Stir to combine.
4. Fry the pancakes in a frying pan on both sides until cooked.
5. Grate the carrots, cut the onion into cubes or halves of rings, and fry in a frying pan until tender.
6. Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on the pancake.
7. Top with the frying and another pancake.
8. Cover it with a layer of mayonnaise, and put a layer of green onions on top.
9. Repeat the order of layers until you run out of pancakes.
