Mackerel is a versatile fish that is best suited for baking. It has few bones and cooks very quickly. All you have to do is choose delicious ingredients that will go well with this product.

Ingredients:

  • 4 mackerel fillets
  • 500 g of potatoes
  • 200 g of cherry tomatoes
  • spices for fish, salt
  • paprika, mixed peppers, oil

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the potatoes into small slices, add the pepper mix, paprika, salt and oil.

2. Mix well and spread on the bottom of the mold, add the tomatoes.

3. Make cuts in the fillet and sprinkle with fish spices and salt on both sides.

4. Put the fillets on the potatoes and put them in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 35-45 minutes.

5. Check the readiness of the potatoes.
