How to add a lot of meatballs to soup at once: an elementary life hack
Cooking meatballs for soup is a rather lengthy process. You need to pinch off the right amount of minced meat, roll it into a meatball in your palm. And then immediately throw it into boiling water so as not to scald yourself. The products should be the same size. By the time all the meatballs are in the pot, some will have been boiled, while others will still be raw.
In this case, there is a very basic life hack with a plate. It was shared by the famous Ukrainian chef Alik Mkrtchyan (chef_alik_mkrtchyan) on his Instagram page.
How to add a lot of meatballs at once
1. Prepare the minced meat.
2. Tamp it well into a convenient bowl.
3. Prepare a flat plate.
4. Take a small amount of minced meat in the palm of your hand.
5. Press the meat circles through your thumb and forefinger onto the edge of a flat plate in a circular pattern.
6. When the circle is completely filled, dip the plate into a pot of broth.
