- pita bread
- potatoes
- chicken fillet
- mayonnaise
- garlic
- mustard
- lemon juice
- cucumber
- tomato

1. Cut the potatoes into cubes and add your favorite spices, salt and olive oil.
2. Cut the chicken fillet into slices of medium thickness.
3. Add spices and olive oil.

4. Put the potatoes and chicken on a baking tray.
5. Bake at 180-190 degrees for about 45 minutes.

- mayonnaise - 150 g
- mustard - 2 tsp.
- lemon juice - 2 tsp.

Assemble the shawarma
1. Spread the sauce on the pita bread.
2. Put the potatoes and meat on top of the sauce.

3. Next, add thinly sliced cucumber, sauce, tomato and sauce again. Roll up the pita bread.
4. Fry on a dry preheated frying pan on both sides until golden brown.
