For a hearty and balanced lunch, you can make a quiche. It is based on a crispy sand dough and a very juicy filling with red fish and vegetables.

Ingredients for the dough:

  • 500 g flour
  • 125 g butter
  • 40 g water
  • salt, sugar - to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Add salt, sugar and ice butter to flour; rub into crumbs.

2. Add the egg yolk and ice water.

3. Knead the dough, do not knead for long.

4. Roll out the dough into a thin layer, transfer to a mold, form even sides, cut off excess.

5. Make punctures in the dough with a fork.

Ingredients for the filling:

  • 300 g salmon fillet
  • 300 g broccoli
  • 100 g hard cheese

Ingredients for the filling:

  • 500 ml sour cream
  • 4 eggs
  • salt, pepper, spices

6. Place broccoli, fish and cheese on the dough.

7. For the filling, in a bowl beat the eggs with salt and spices, then add the sour cream and mix.

8. Pour over the pie.

9. Bake at a temperature of 180 degrees for an hour.
