Hearty meatball soup in a new way: what ingredients to add
Soup with meatballs is a perfect hearty lunch dish that can be prepared quickly and with affordable ingredients. In addition to meatballs, mushrooms, small vermicelli and cereals add a special flavor to the first course.

Ingredients:
- potatoes
- onion
- carrot
- mushrooms - 10 pcs.
- cream - 50 g \ sour cream - 1 tbsp.
- chicken thighs - 2 pcs.
- processed cheese - 2 pcs.
- vermicelli
- salt, pepper
- bay leaves
- seasoning
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the potatoes, cover with boiled water and put on low heat.
2. Chop the onion, grate the carrots. Fry lightly.
3. Chop the mushrooms and add to the vegetables. Also add cream. Cook until the mushrooms are tender.
4. Add the fried meat to the potatoes.
5. Grind the meat through a meat grinder. Add salt and pepper to it. Beat off the minced meat.
6. Form meatballs and add to the soup.
7. Grate the cheeses. Add to the soup along with the vermicelli and spices.
8. Sprinkle with greens before serving.
