Healthy hard cheese muffins for kids as a snack: you only need 5 ingredients

So if you do not have time to come up with a variety of dishes - prepare these cottage cheese muffins. For them you will need only five simple ingredients. The products turn out quite nutritious and nourishing.

Ingredients:
- 50 grams of hard cheese
- 1 egg white
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tbsp. flour
- 1 tbsp. yogurt or sour cream
Method of preparation:
1. Grate the cheese.
2. Add the egg yolk.
3. Pour in the flour.
4. Put down the sour cream.
5. Stir everything well.
6. Whisk the egg white separately and then incorporate it into the main mixture.
7. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. It comes out 4 small muffins.
