Ingredients:
- tuna in its juice – 170 g.
- lettuce leaves – 50 g.
- Canned corn – 100 g.
- hard cheese – 50 g.
- boiled chicken eggs – 2 pcs.
- green onions – to taste
Ingredients for the dressing:
- natural yogurt – 2-3 tbsp.
- mustard – 1-2 tsp.
- lemon juice – 2 tsp.
- salt, pepper – to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Grate cheese and eggs.
2. Chop the onion.
3. Mix all the ingredients for the dressing.
4. Layer in the following order: lettuce, corn, tuna, cheese, onion, and egg.
5. Spread each layer with dressing in parallel.
