Easy chia pudding with persimmons and tangerines: a dessert that will not harm the figure

Instead of high-calorie desserts made from yeast dough, you can make a light chia pudding. Seasonal tangerines and persimmons are perfect for the base. Be sure to top it with nutritious chia seeds to give you energy for the whole day.

The idea of making tangerine chia pudding was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Kateryna Brailo (ketiv_).

Ingredients:

  • chia seeds - 4 tbsp.
  • milk - 250 ml
  • persimmon - 1 pc
  • tangerine - 1 pc

Method of preparation:

1. Combine chia seeds with milk.

2. Mix well.

3. After 10 minutes, mix thoroughly again.

4. Put in the refrigerator overnight for the seeds to swell.

5. Peel persimmons, mash them with a fork into a puree or beat them with a blender.

6. Put the first layer of persimmon puree in a glass, the second is chia seeds.

7. Garnish with tangerine and rosemary.

8. Add your favorite fruit if desired.
