Horseradish sauce with beets is an appetizer that is indispensable for Christmas and New Year's celebrations. It is delicious to eat with meat or simply spread on bread. And if you prefer a sweeter and lighter flavor rather than a spicy one, we suggest making a simple spread.

Ingredients:
- beetroot - 250 g
- feta - 100 g
- sour cream / Greek yogurt - 1 tbsp
- dried granulated garlic - 0.5 tsp (or a clove of fresh garlic)
- greens - for serving
- salt, pepper, lemon juice - optional
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the beets.
2. Cut into convenient pieces.
3. Place in the blender bowl.
4. Add feta, sour cream and spices.
5. Beat with a blender until smooth.
6. Toast your favorite bread, spread it with beetroot spread, and garnish with herbs.
