Cookies and custard dessert: for those who don't like to spend a lot of time in the kitchen

Since childhood, we have all loved custard. Many of us are ready to eat it with a spoon without adding anything else. It is indeed a delicious cream that does not require a lot of time or expensive ingredients to prepare. Many different cakes and pastries are made with custard.

But perhaps the easiest dessert to make with custard is the one recently posted on Instagram by food blogger Alex Mil. To make it, you'll need custard, regular cookies, and a little bit of time.

Ingredients

• Milk - 500 ml
• Sugar - 50 gr

• Vanilla sugar - 10 gr
• Flour - 20 gr
• Corn starch - 20 g
• Butter - 50 g
• Salt - a pinch
• Egg - 1 pc
• Milk chocolate - 120 g + 10 ml of oil
• Chocolate biscuits - 200 g

The method of preparation

1. Pour the milk into a saucepan, add the egg, sugar, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt. Mix well.

2. Gradually add the starch and flour. Mix with a whisk to form a homogeneous mass.

3. Put the pot on the fire and stir constantly until the contents thicken.

4. Turn off the heat, add the butter, stir until it melts, and leave to cool.

5. Put a layer of cookies on the bottom of the mold. Put a layer of cream on top and smooth it out. Repeat these steps three times.

6. Melt the chocolate in a water bath, add a little oil and stir.

7. Pour the melted chocolate over the dessert, smooth it out, and put it in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
