Chocolate "sausage" from childhood: how our grandmothers and mothers prepared the dessert
Chocolate sausage has been a favorite dessert for generations. The dish always brings back memories of childhood and happy moments.
The idea of making sweet choclate sausage comes from childhood was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Yevheniia Malinevska (ev.malinevska). Everything is done very quickly and easily.
Ingredients for 2 sausages:
- 140 g dark chocolate
- 2 tbsp of ghee oil
- 180-200 g of cookies
- 70 g of nuts
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
- a pinch of salt
Method of preparation:
1. Mix chopped chocolate and ghee oil in a bowl and melt in a water bath until smooth.
2. Beat cookies until crumbs in a blender. Transfer to a large bowl.
3. Add cinnamon, salt, and chopped nuts to the cookies.
4. Pour melted chocolate and mix very thoroughly.
5. Put the dough on the parchment and form a sausage. Pinch and leave it in the freezer for 1-2 hours.
6. Take it out and let it stand for a while.
7. You can cut and enjoy the taste of childhood.
