Chocolate Coffee Bean cookies: quick and easy homemade sweets

Ingredients:

• flour - 600 g
• butter - 200 g
• sour cream - 200 g
• sugar - 200 g
• instant coffee - 1 tbsp.
• cocoa - 3 tbsp
• milk - 2 tbsp
• egg - 1 pc

Method of preparation:

1. Dissolve coffee in hot milk.

2. Beat butter at room temperature with sugar and cocoa. Add sour cream and milk, continuing whipping.

3. Add flour and knead soft and elastic dough.

4. Make balls slightly larger than a cherry. Put the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment and shape them into a slightly oval shape. Use a toothpick to make a longitudinal cut on each ball (almost to the bottom).

5. Brush the cookies with a beaten egg. Bake in a preheated 180-degree oven for 10-15 minutes.
