Chicken broth is most often cooked during a period of vitamin deficiency because the dish is very warm and provides the body with many nutrients. But this is only true if the soup is really rich and flavorful and has a good texture and color. This is not always the case.

That's why food blogger Inna (inulka_kalancha) shared her tips on how to make the perfect clear broth on her Instagram page. There are a few nuances that should not be forgotten.

A few rules for making the perfect broth:

1. To make the broth rich, it needs to be cooked for a long time. It takes about 40-50 minutes in a multicooker and 3-5 hours in a saucepan.

2. The most delicious broth is made from homemade chicken. You need to add it right away:

  • salt
  • carrot
  • whole onion
  • tomatoes
  • 2-3 bay leaves
  • black pepper

3. Add the noodles to the ready-made broth as you just need to bring them to readiness.
