Asian Dorado: an interesting way to diversify fish cooking
No one will be surprised by the usual preparation of Dorado or any other fish. Therefore, it is worth trying a variety of interesting ways, experimenting with ingredients and temperature conditions.
A food blogger with the nickname thefoodhub.by_ilona took this path. On Instagram, she offered a recipe for Asian-style dorado. According to the blogger, the fish has a tom yum soup flavor.
Ingredients
- Dorado – 1 piece
- Garlic – 2 cloves
- Ginger – a small piece
- Olive or sesame oil – 2 tsp
- Lime – 1 pc
- Chili pepper – 1 pc
- Salt
- Pepper
Method of preparation
1. Finely chop the garlic, ginger, and pepper, put in a mortar or blender, and grind.
2. Add oil and salt to the mixture.
3. Make several diagonal cuts on the fish in both directions and brush well with the mixture on the top and inside.
4. Put the lime slices inside the fish.
5. Bake at 200 degrees for up to 15 minutes.
6. Serve with lime and cilantro.
