Cranberry tiramisu will be a very impressive dessert for the New Year. It is based on traditional Savoiardi cookies and cranberry puree. It has a bright red color and a pleasant sour taste. In addition, there is no need to add raw eggs, as in the classic version, so the dish is safe.

Ingredients:
- 100 g Savoyardi cookies ⠀
For the filling:
- 10 g of cornstarch
- 30 ml of water
- 150 g of fresh or thawed cranberries
- 40 g of sugar
- 1 tbsp of orange or lemon juice ⠀
For the soaking:
- 200 g fresh or thawed cranberries
- 30 g of sugar
- 1 tbsp of orange or lemon juice ⠀
For the cream:
- 300 g of mascarpone or cream cheese
- 75 g of powdered sugar
- 100 ml of 33% cream ⠀

1. For the filling, combine starch with water.
2. Add to the cranberries, sugar and orange/lemon juice.

3. Put on medium heat and stir until thickened. Cover with cling film in contact and let cool.⠀
4. For the cranberry soak, combine the cranberries with sugar, orange/lemon juice and beat with a blender. ⠀

5. For the cream, beat the cream cheese/mascarpone, powdered sugar and cream with a mixer until thickened.
6. Dip the Savoyardi biscuits in the impregnation for a few seconds and place them in an even layer in the mold.
7. Cover with half of the cream and half of the filling.

8. Put another layer of soaked cookies, cover with the remaining filling and the remaining layer of cream.

9. Refrigerate for several hours, preferably overnight.
10. Sprinkle with chopped dried strawberries before serving.
