Adjar-style chicken fillet: how to make diet meat juicy
If you have one small chicken fillet, you can already make a full-fledged hearty appetizer out of it. Cut the meat lengthwise and put the juicy filling inside. Thus, during cooking, the chicken will turn out very juicy. Just like in Adjar-style khachapuri, there should be a raw yolk on top.

Ingredients:
- eggs - 3 pcs.
- cream cheese - 100 g
- mozzarella - 100 g
- chicken breast - 3 pieces
- salt, pepper, vegetable oil
Method of preparation:
1. Cut fillet in the center, forming a pocket. The bigger the pocket, the more stuffing will fit.
2. Salt, pepper, drizzle with oil and rub with spices.
3. Put foil in the pocket. Fry the chicken on both sides for 4 minutes until golden brown.
4. Separate the eggs into whites and yolks.
5. Mix the whites with cream cheese and grated mozzarella. Mix and put the filling in the pockets.
6. Bake at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.
7. Remove from the oven, put the yolks in the center and bake for another 4 minutes.
