Crispy pickles are an ideal alternative to a variety of salads. But to make them juicy and firm, you need to add one more simple ingredient in addition to the traditional herbs, garlic, and spices. You probably always have it at home.

The idea of making pickled cucumbers with flour was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Vitalina with the nickname vitala_foodblog. These cucumbers will be ready to eat in 2 months.

Method of cooking cucumbers with flour:

1. Put on the bottom of the jar:

  • dill umbel
  • horseradish leaves
  • a few cloves of garlic
  • bay leaves
  • currant and cherry leaves, if desired

2. Then arrange the cucumbers.

3. Put 3 tbsp of salt and 3 tbsp of flour in a 3 liter jar.

4. Cover with cold water.

5. Shake the jar well to dissolve the flour.

6. Leave it warm for 4 days.

7. Then place in the cellar.

8. Cucumbers will be ready in 2 months.
