A hearty pie with eggs and green onions for a quick lunch
If you don't know what you can quickly prepare for lunch that is both hearty and tasty, then the egg and green onion pie will be the perfect option. The recipe is the simplest and only available ingredients are used for cooking. A soft, moist dough and a lot of juicy filling will do the trick.

Ingredients:
- eggs - 3 pcs
- sour cream - 300 g
- salt - 1 tsp
- sugar - 2 tbsp
- flour - 210 g
- baking powder - 10 g
The filling:
- eggs - 4-5 pcs
- green onions - 1 bunch
- salt, pepper
Method of preparation:
1. For the filling, cut the boiled eggs into cubes and chop the onion.
2. Mix onions and eggs. Add salt and pepper. Mix well.
3. For the dough, add salt, sugar, and sour cream to the eggs. Beat with a whisk.
4. Add flour and baking powder. Mix well.
5. Cover the mold with parchment, and grease with oil. Pour half the dough, and pour the filling, not reaching the sides.
6. Pour the rest of the dough. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
7. Bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
