Without milk, kefir, and sour cream: apricot charlotte that always turns out successful

Ingredients:
- eggs - 5
- sugar - 5 tbsp
- flour - 4-5 tbsp
- salt - a pinch
- vanilla, cinnamon
- apricots, peaches
Method of preparation:
1. Beat the eggs, sugar, salt, vanilla and cinnamon until thick white foam. If the sugar and eggs are not whipped to this consistency, the dessert will not work.
2. Pour the sifted flour into the mixture and mix the dough with a spatula.
3. Grease a baking dish and cover with parchment.
4. Put the chopped apricot on the bottom of the mold. Pour in the batter.
5. Put the sliced peach on top. Bake at 160-170 °C for 45-60 minutes.
