- meat (pork) - about 1 kg
- onion - 1 large
- carrots - 2-3 pieces
- garlic - 1-2 cloves
- flour - 1-1.5 tbsp
- green parsley
- salt, pepper, vegetable seasoning

1. Fry the meat in vegetable oil on both sides.
