What to make green pancakes with: they turn out very healthy
Seasonal greens are the basis for salads, casseroles, and fresh juices. Speaking of spinach, it is also a great dye. That's why this product makes very beautiful and healthy pancakes with a bright green color. A poached egg complements this dish well.
The idea of cooking spinach pancakes was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Liudmyla (lyuba.bondd.life).
Ingredients:
- eggs - 3 pcs.
- spinach - 75 g
- milk - 250 g
- flour - 80 g
- salt, pepper - to taste
- oil - 20 g (or without if the frying pan is non-stick)
Method of preparation:
1. Beat spinach with a blender.
2. Add milk, egg, flour, salt and mix until smooth.
3. Fry pancakes over low heat.
4. For poached eggs, boil water, make a swirl with a spoon and beat in the egg.
5. Cook for 3 minutes.
