What to cook with yesterday's rice: an interesting idea from a food blogger
After the rice has been in the fridge for a whole day, it ends up in the trash, because the product becomes more like a sticky lump, and you don't really want to eat it anymore. But this is very uneconomical. Therefore, it is worth using one universal method – to make a delicious salad.

Ingredients:
- cooked basmati rice
- sweet potato – 200 g
- dried cranberries – 60 g
- pecans – 60 g
- onion – 0.5 pcs.
- salt, pepper, dry oregano – to taste
- olive oil
Method of preparation:
1. Peel and cut the sweet potato into cubes or strips.
2. Add salt, throw it into a frying pan with oil, fry for a few minutes, and add the onion sliced in rings.
3. Cover and simmer until tender.
4. Mix rice, sweet potatoes, nuts, and cranberries, sprinkle with pepper, salt, and oregano.
5. Drizzle with olive oil.
6. Mix everything.
