What to bake hake in to make it delicious: tips from a food blogger
Hake is a fairly budget-friendly and satisfying fish. It is often chosen for making cutlets or simply fried in flour and egg. This product is also ideal for baking: it turns out to be a real restaurant dish. Due to the delicate sauce made from butter and basil, the fish becomes very flavorful and has a good taste.
The idea of cooking baked hake in the oven was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Valerii Ponomar (ponomar_valeriy).
Ingredients:
- hake - 3 pcs.
- butter - 100-150 g
- basil - 1 tbsp
- garlic - 3 cloves
- salt
- ground black pepper
Cooking method:
1. Add chopped basil and garlic to melted butter (melt the batter in a water bath to make it easier to work with, chop the basil very finely, almost into porridge).
2. Mix well.
3. Pour the sauce over the fish.
4. Bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for exactly 15 minutes.
