Ingredients:
- potatoes - 4-5 pcs.
- carrots - 1 pc
- onion - 1 small onion
- mushrooms - 6 small ones
- cream cheese or processed cheese - 2 tbsp.

1. Grate the carrots, chop the onion finely.
2. Sauté onion and carrots until soft, add cream cheese and simmer for 1 minute.

3. Cut the potatoes into rings, boil in boiling water for 3 minutes.

4. Put the potatoes in the mold, then the carrots, and the mushrooms on top.
