Ingredients
- Minced turkey - 0.5 kg
- Egg - 1 pc.
- Mozzarella - 1 ball
- Salt
- Pepper
Method of preparation
1.Put the minced turkey in a deep container. By the way, you can make the minced meat yourself, and from the part of the turkey that you like best.
2. Add the egg, salt and pepper to the minced meat. Mix well.
3. Grate the mozzarella ball and add it to the minced meat. Stir until smooth.
4. Moisten hands with water and form cutlets.
5. Put the cutlets in a frying pan with heated oil.
6. Fry over low heat until golden brown on both sides.
