Liver is a very nutritious product and a great base for a salad. The dish is very satisfying and can be eaten as a full meal. Mayonnaise is the best choice for dressing.
The idea of making a light salad with chicken liver and peas was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Yulia with the nickname lady.stegantseva. You just need to boil the liver.
Ingredients:
- chicken liver - 500 g
- medium onion - 2 pcs.
- medium carrot - 2 pcs.
- canned peas
- pickled cucumbers
- mayonnaise
- salt, pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Wash chicken liver.
2. Cook until tender in salted water for 20 minutes.
3. Fry onions and carrots in vegetable oil with the addition of butter. Keep covered until tender.
4. Cool completely.
5. Cut cooked liver into strips and place in a bowl.
6. Dice pickles and add a can of canned peas.
7. Add cooled roast, a little mayonnaise, and black pepper to taste.
