  • 50 ml of oil
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 onion
  • 1/4 tsp of black pepper

  • 1 tbsp of sugar
  • 1 tsp. seasoning (tomatoes, basil, garlic)
  • 70 g of tomato paste

1. Cover the cabbage with cold water.

2. Cook until tender.

3. Squeeze and chop the cabbage.

4. Rinse the ribs, dry with a paper towel.

5. Pour the oil into the pan, put the ribs.

6. Simmer on low heat for 1-1.5 hours. Turn over from time to time.

7. Pull out the ribs and separate the meat.

8. Put chopped onions and carrots in a saucepan, simmer until tender, add seasonings, meat, cabbage, and tomato paste.

9. Stir and simmer for 10 minutes.
