The idea of making a dessert with jelly layers was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Natalia with the nickname smak_nata. After hardening, the dessert looks very beautiful when cut.

Ingredients for the chocolate layer:

  • cream 33% - 200 g
  • milk chocolate - 62 g
  • gelatin 6 g (3 g for the 1st layer)
  • water - 36 g (18 g for one layer)

Ingredients for the cherry layer:

  • frozen cherries - 220 g
  • sugar - 60 g
  • zest of 1 lemon
  • gelatin 10 g (5 g for the 1st layer)
  • water 50 g (25 g for one layer)

Ingredients for the caramel layer:

  • cream 33% - 200 g
  • whipped caramel - 62 g
  • gelatin - 6 g (3 g for the 1st layer)
  • water - 36 g (18 g for one layer)

Instead of caramel, you can take boiled condensed milk. Or replace the caramel layer with a cream layer

  • 33% cream - 230 g
  • sugar - 30 g
  • gelatin - 6 g (3 g for the 1st layer)
  • water - 36 g (18 g for one layer)

How to make the chocolate layer:

1. Pour three grams of gelatin with 18 grams of cold boiled water.

2. Leave to swell for 15-20 minutes.

3. Add chocolate to the hot cream.

4. After 2 minutes, stir until smooth.

5. Divide into 2 parts of 130 g each. Pour the dissolved gelatin into one part, mix, pour into the mold.

6. Put in the refrigerator.

1. Pour five grams of gelatin with 25 grams of cold boiled water.

2. Leave for 15-20 minutes.

3. Add sugar and lemon zest to the frozen pitted cherries and bring to a boil.

4. Boil for two minutes to make it softer.

5. Whisk with a blender, strain and weigh. You need 260 g of juice, if it is not enough, add boiled water. Divide into 2 parts of 130 g each.

6. Add gelatin to one part. Cool, pour into a mold and refrigerate.

1. For the caramel layer, pour 3 grams of gelatin with 18 grams of cold boiled water for 15-20 minutes.

2. Add caramel to the cream and mix. Divide into 2 parts of 130 grams each.

3. Pour gelatin into one part, mix and pour into the mold. Put in the refrigerator.

4. Repeat all the layers again. As soon as the layer is filled, soak the gelatin for the next layer.

5. Put in the refrigerator to stabilize for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
