When frying pancakes, it is very common to have a problem when the dough breaks. This happens even if you have followed all the cooking proportions. But there is one simple ingredient that will solve the problem forever.

The idea of making thin pancakes with milk that don't tear was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Marina with the nickname marina_khvil . The dough is very soft.

Ingredients:

  • 0.5 liters of milk
  • 5 pcs. eggs
  • 2 tbsp. refined vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp of sugar
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 150 g of wheat flour
  • 50 g of corn starch

Method of preparation:

1. Combine eggs, salt, sugar in a bowl and mix well.

2. Add the sifted starch and flour, mix to avoid lumps.

3. Then add to the egg mass, add milk.

4. Stir until the dough is smooth.

5. Add the oil at the end.

6. Stir to combine.

7. Leave the dough to stand for 15 minutes.

8. Heat a pancake frying pan, grease it with vegetable oil, remove the residue.

9. Pour the batter into the frying pan, spread it evenly, and bake the pancakes on both sides until cooked.

10. Put the finished pancakes on a plate and serve.
