Cabbage salad itself is very healthy and vitamin-packed, especially if you cook it with vegetables - carrots, cucumbers, peppers - and add a delicious dressing instead of mayonnaise - yogurt, sour cream or oil.

Food blogger Yulia (juli_co.ok) shared a recipe for a vitamin salad made from cabbage, carrots, and apples on her Instagram page.

Ingredients:

  • Chinese cabbage
  • carrots
  • apples
  • green onions
  • salt, pepper
  • Greek yogurt \ sour cream

Method of preparation:

1. Chop the cabbage.

2. Apples peel and cut into cubes.

3. Grate the carrots with a Korean carrot grater.

4. Chop the greens.

5. Mix all the ingredients, add salt and pepper, and season with yogurt or sour cream.
