If you don't have time to cook cutlets or chops for a side dish, you can make a versatile gravy in a frying pan. All the ingredients just need to be chopped and stewed. The whole process will take you a few minutes.
The idea of making a universal gravy for any side dish was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Tetiana Kucherkova (tatiana_kucherkova). It turns out to be moderately fatty.
Ingredients:
- mushrooms
- chicken fillet
- onion
- sour cream
- salt, pepper, paprika, Italian herbs, herbs
- tomato
Method of preparation:
1. Fry the meat a little.
2. Add mushrooms and onions.
3. Stew all the ingredients in its juice.
4. Add tomato and spices.
5. You can also add a little warm water and sour cream. All this should boil.
6. At the end, sprinkle with herbs.
