The idea of making thin pancakes without flour was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Anastasia with the nickname healthydemure. You need to add starch.
Ingredients for the batter:
- 3 eggs
- 60 g of starch
- 1 tbsp of sugar
- a pinch of salt
- a pinch of vanilla
- 1/2 tbsp of oil
- 500 ml of milk
Method of preparation:
1. Combine all the ingredients.
2. The batter should be quite runny.
3. One pancake requires 1/2 ladle.
4. Fry pancakes in a preheated frying pan, lightly greased with vegetable oil (you can avoid greasing at all, but it is better to do it for the first pancake so that the products turn well).
5. They are delicious for breakfast with cream cheese and redfish or sweet with condensed milk and jam.
