Thin pancakes that never tear and wrap well: what to cook with
If you want to make pancakes, the following option is ideal. To keep the products from tearing, elastic and soft, they need to be cooked in boiling water. You can wrap any filling inside.

Ingredients:
- milk - 1 liter
- eggs - 4 pcs
- sugar - 4 tbsp
- flour - 500 g
- salt - 1 tsp
- vanilla sugar - 1 packet
- boiling water - 400 ml.
- oil - 6 tbsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Combine eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and milk (add gradually).
2. Mix until smooth.
3. Add the sifted flour in parts.
4. Next, add boiling water, to which baking soda was added before.
5. Stir, add oil and stir again.
6. Set aside for 15 minutes and then fry on both sides of the pan.
7. The result is thin and delicate pancakes that do not tear when rolled.
