Thin pancakes that never tear: add an autumnal ingredient
The main problem with making pancakes is that the dough tears. But it is in the fall that you can make a pumpkin-based frying batter. The products will have a beautiful shape, and the taste will pleasantly surprise you.
The idea of making thin pumpkin pancakes that don't tear is published on the Instagram page of food blogger Kristina with the nickname kris_estet. You need very little sugar.
Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1/3 tsp salt
- 120 g of pumpkin puree
- 150 g of flour
- 1 tsp. without a slide of baking powder
- 400 ml of warm milk
- 1 tbsp. oil
Method of preparation:
1. Prepare the puree: bake the pieces of peeled pumpkin in the oven under the foil, grind them in a blender.
2. Beat the egg with sugar and salt.
3. Mix the flour with the baking powder and sift into the egg mixture.
4. Knead a thick dough, gradually diluting with milk. You will get a liquid dough.
5. Add oil to it and let it stand.
6. Fry for 10-15 minutes over medium heat.
