The secret to juicy meat cutlets: add one simple ingredient
If your cutlets are dry, you're just cooking them wrong. After frying, you should also bake the dish in the oven. To make the minced meat juicy, add one simple ingredient.
The idea of making juicy cutlets was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Ivana Onysko (ivanna_ons). Be sure to add grated hard cheese to the mass.
Ingredients:
- 500 g of minced meat
- onion
- 3 slices of white bread
- egg
- seasonings
- breadcrumbs - 3-4 tbsp
- hard cheese
- milk - 4-5 tbsp (for bread)
- a tablespoon of butter
Method of preparation:
1. Put chopped onion in a blender.
2. Add bread soaked in milk (without squeezing it out) and one egg. Beat everything in a blender until smooth.
3. Then add onion mixture, salt and seasonings, breadcrumbs, hard cheese and soft butter to the minced meat.
4. Mix everything by hand, form patties and fry on both sides in a frying pan. If the mass is too thin, add more breadcrumbs).
5. After frying, put the patties in the oven for 5-10 minutes at 190 degrees.
