Every housewife has her own recipe for making cutlets, which she is proud of and passes on to future generations. But why not conduct an experiment and try adding new interesting ingredients to the cutlets? This is exactly what food blogger tomka_recepti did on Instagram, posting a recipe for perfect cutlets with an interesting ingredient.

Ingredients

  • Butter - 120 gr
  • Dill
  • Garlic - 3 cloves
  • Minced meat - 1 kg
  • Onion - 1 pc
  • Loaf of bread
  • Eggs - 2 pcs
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Method of preparation

1. Mix the soft butter, finely chopped dill, and garlic until smooth, put it on plastic wrap, shape it into a sausage, and put it in the freezer.

2. Soak the loaf in water, then squeeze it well.

3. Add the grated onion, bread, eggs, salt and pepper to the minced meat.

4. Knead the minced meat well and beat it down. This process makes it homogeneous.

5. Cut the frozen butter into pieces.

6. Form cutlets and put a piece of butter inside.

7. Dredge the cutlets in flour and put them in a frying pan. Fry over high heat until a crust forms.

8. Put the cutlets on a baking sheet and put it in the oven for 15 minutes at 190 degrees.
