The most delicate French omelette with butter: cooked without milk
An omelette is a very simple egg dish that can be cooked in the oven, microwave, steamed, or in a frying pan. To make it especially tender, it is advised to cook an omelette with or without milk and add butter.
Food blogger Anna with the nickname ann_kiper shared a recipe for a French omelette without milk on her Instagram page, which turns out to be very tender.
Ingredients:
- eggs - 3 pcs.
- butter - 20 g
- greens
- salt, pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Crack the eggs into a deep bowl and beat thoroughly with a fork until the mixture is smooth. No spices should be added at this stage, as they can disrupt the structure of the eggs and the dish will be less tender.
2. Melt the butter in a frying pan over medium heat, pour in the egg mixture and wait about 10 seconds for the eggs to set a little.
3. Shake the pan lightly back and forth and use a fork to gently scramble the eggs closer to the center of the pan to help them thicken faster. The omelette should be well set on the bottom, but still slightly liquid on top.
4. Turn off the heat and use a fork and spatula to roll the omelette into a roll. Add salt and pepper, sprinkle with greens.
