The most important thing for delicious dumplings is to make good dough. It shouldn't stick to your hands and boil over. Therefore, to achieve the desired effect, use the following technique.
The idea of making the perfect dumpling dough was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Olena Romanova (olena_romanova_). There are a few nuances here.
Ingredients:
- 500 g of water
- 1 tsp of salt
- 50 g of butter
- 800 g of flour
- egg
- 1 kg of meat
- 2 medium onions
- 50-100 g of ice water
- salt, pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Combine water, oil and salt, and bring to a boil.
2. Pour into the sifted flour.
3. Mix well with a spatula to combine the ingredients.
4. Leave for 15 minutes.
5. Let it cool down.
6. Knead well, let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
7. Make and boil dumplings.
