A food blogger with the nickname cook_with_me_at_home shared how to make spring salad on Instagram. According to her, you simply can't get enough of this delicious but simple salad.
Ingredients
- cottage cheese - 350 g
- radish - 1 bunch
- greens to taste
- sour cream - 2-3 tbsp
- salt
- pepper
Method of preparation
1. Mash cottage cheese in a deep bowl with a fork.
2. Cut radish into half-rings. Finely chop greens.
3. Combine all the ingredients.
4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
5. Dress with sour cream and serve.
