Ingredients

  • cottage cheese - 350 g
  • radish - 1 bunch
  • greens to taste
  • sour cream - 2-3 tbsp
  • salt
  • pepper

Method of preparation

1. Mash cottage cheese in a deep bowl with a fork.

2. Cut radish into half-rings. Finely chop greens.

3. Combine all the ingredients.

4. Add salt and pepper to taste.

5. Dress with sour cream and serve.
