This is the most versatile way to cook potatoes that exists. You don't have to peel the vegetable. At the same time, the top is crispy, while the middle is very soft. The dish is suitable for absolutely any occasion.
The idea of cooking crispy potatoes with cheese that do not need to be peeled was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Victoria with the nickname viktoria__cooking. You can serve it with your favorite sauce.
Ingredients:
- 7-8 large potatoes
- 200 g of cheese
- 100 ml of oil
- 30 g of butter
- 10 cloves of garlic
- salt, pepper to taste

Method of preparation:
1. Wash the potatoes very well and cut them into 2 pieces.
2. In a bowl, combine chopped garlic, salt, pepper, oil and mix.
3. Put half a potato on the foil.
4. Make cuts and grease very well on all sides.
5. Wrap tightly in foil, place on a baking sheet, and bake for 40-60 minutes at 200 degrees until tender.
6. Grate the cheese, add the middle of the baked potato, a little pepper, salt, garlic, butter, herbs, and mix thoroughly.
7. Stuff the potatoes, place them on a baking sheet covered with parchment, and bake for another 15 minutes at 200 degrees.
