Tastier than cutlets: how to make minced meat fritters for a snack
You can cook not only cutlets, meatballs for soup or meatballs but also delicious and hearty fritters. They are easy and quick to prepare, somewhat reminiscent of lazy fried pies.
Food blogger Inna Shumak (shumak_inna) on her Instagram page shared a recipe for fritters with minced meat.
Ingredients:
- minced meat - 400 g
- eggs - 2 pcs
- kefir - 1 tbsp.
- flour - 1 tbsp.
- onion - 1 pc
- salt - 1 tsp.
- baking soda - 1 tsp.
- sugar - 1 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Chop onions and fry until lightly golden.
2. Add minced meat to the onions and cook until ready.
3. Separately beat eggs, add warm kefir, salt, sugar and baking soda. Stir.
4. Add flour to the resulting mass and stir to make the mass homogeneous and without lumps.
5. Add the cooled minced meat to the dough and mix.
6. Spoon the batter into the frying pan and fry the fritters. Done!
